I have two great TPMS options for a single axle boat trailer, the PressurePro FX 2 TPMS for RVs and Trailers part # 372FX2K or the TireMinder TPMS for Single Axle Trailers part # TPMS-TRL-2. The best system really comes down to preference as the main difference is the PressurePro uses your phone as the display and the TireMinder uses its own monitor. That said, the TireMinder requires a special wrench to remove the sensors so someone can't just steal them which I like.

Unfortunately I have no insight on what Ranger Trailer put on their boat trailers in 2006. All I have to go off is images I could find which looks like they use the Amber # MCL52AB or # MCL52AMB and Red # MCL52RB or # MCL52RMB. The difference is the parts ending in MB have pigtail wires while the other lights use a plug in 2-pin connector. Before swapping out dollies you may want to try to see if putting more tongue weight on your trailer would give you better traction for your Trailer Valet 5X # STC-V211. Based on your images Chris, it appears you have the Dutton-Lainson Trailer Coupler # DL13897 on your Sea Doo Switch Boat Trailer. You can verify this by reading the stamped portion of the coupler or verifying the bolt hole measurements.
